3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number

6. Delivery Issues

- Damaged packages: Please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours
- Wrong address: If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We may be able to update the address before shipment
7. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard delivery times.
